TERMS OF SALE

DRAFT — For standard consumer clothing orders delivered in Turkey. Complete the seller identity, address and order-specific records before publication. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

PRICES: Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Product details, quantities, discounts, delivery costs and the final payable total must be shown before you place the order that creates a payment obligation. Undisclosed additional costs cannot be imposed; optional extras require separate express consent.
DELIVERY CHARGE: Standard delivery within Turkey is 150 TL per order. The final order total, including delivery, is displayed before payment.
WHEN THE SALE IS MADE: The sale completes when payment is confirmed through PayTR. Pre-contract information and the order details must be provided and confirmed before the payment obligation arises. The final payment step must clearly state that the order entails payment.
STOCK: Products are sold subject to availability. Lack of stock alone does not constitute legal impossibility of performance. If performance becomes impossible, the seller must notify the consumer within 3 days of learning of it and refund the payments, including delivery, within 14 days of that notice.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY: Orders dispatch in 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; delivery normally takes another 1–4 business days depending on the city. Any shorter committed delivery period applies. For standard goods, delivery must be completed no later than 30 days after the order reaches the seller. Failure to meet the delivery commitment gives the consumer the statutory termination and refund rights, including legal interest where required.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: You may withdraw without a reason or penalty within 14 days of receipt, or before delivery. Notify alexandresonjoseph@gmail.com or the seller’s postal address in writing, then send the goods back within 14 days unless collection is offered. No return carrier is designated in this draft, so no return postage is charged to the consumer. Inspection or trying on ordinary clothing, opening packaging or removing a tag does not automatically invalidate withdrawal. Refunds follow the Returns & Exchanges page and the distance sales agreement, including applicable delivery costs and the statutory deadlines. Faulty-goods rights are separate and are not limited to the withdrawal period.
INSTALMENTS: Available instalment options and any resulting total cost must be shown before payment. The options offered depend on the payment provider and your bank; no undisclosed instalment charge is added by these terms.

Turkish consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee within the applicable annual monetary limits, or use the consumer court route subject to statutory mediation requirements and exceptions. The competent bodies include those at the consumer’s residence or the place of the consumer transaction, as provided by law.
