RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DRAFT — Complete the seller and return address before publication. For standard clothing orders delivered in Turkey, you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, or before delivery.
- CONDITION
- You may inspect and try on the item as needed to establish its nature and characteristics. Opening the packaging or removing a tag does not automatically remove your statutory right to withdraw for ordinary clothing. Please package the item securely. Statutory exceptions apply only where their legal conditions are met, such as genuinely personalised goods or opened hygiene-sensitive sealed goods; limited production, discounts and standard size choices are not exceptions by themselves.
- RETURN POSTAGE
- Returns made through our designated return carrier are free of charge. If the customer voluntarily chooses to use a different shipping carrier, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs associated with that choice, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. If no return carrier has been designated, or the designated carrier does not have a branch in the customer's location, return shipping will be arranged or covered by the seller at no additional cost.
- REFUND
- **Refunds and Exchanges Policy** Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Customers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, where applicable. Outside the statutory withdrawal period, monetary refunds are accepted only for defective or faulty products where required by law. For non-defective products, only exchanges are offered, subject to our exchange policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, without additional fees and in a single transaction, including any delivery charges refundable by law. Where no return carrier is designated, refunds will be completed within 14 days of the customer dispatching the returned goods. Where a return carrier is designated, the statutory refund period begins when the goods are handed to that carrier, or upon receipt by the seller if another carrier is used. For withdrawals made before delivery, the refund period begins when the seller receives the withdrawal notice. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods, without extending any statutory deadline. Nothing in this policy limits the customer's mandatory statutory rights.
- EXCHANGES
- For a different size or colour, return the item and place a new order. This does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods, including replacement where the legal conditions are met.

- Send a clear withdrawal statement to alexandresonjoseph@gmail.com, or in writing to [SELLER’S FULL POSTAL ADDRESS], within the withdrawal period. Your order number helps identify the purchase; a special form or return code is not a condition for exercising your right.
